If within the first fifteen (15) calendar days of commencing work, the candidate we sourced and referred to you terminates employment for any reason, Automotive Direct Hire will provide a one-time replacement candidate for the same role. The Guarantee does not apply if you do not pay the candidate the fair pay rate as shown on the original order form. The replacement Guarantee must be applied within thirty (30) days of candidates termination and holds no cash value.
The fee is $750, $3,500 or $5,000 per hire, depending on the position needed.
Remember – you only pay when the candidate accepts your job offer!
- We will meet with your hiring manager and provide a professional pay survey on the role that we will be hiring for.
- Your position will be featured ahead of other similar roles on our job boards.
- We will immediately reach out to top candidates who are interested and have applied for similar roles in the past.
- We schedule and provide a role-specific behavioral interview to qualified candidates and working closely with your hiring manager to schedule face-to-face meetings.
- We stay in touch with the candidate during the background checks and ensure they show up for work on their first day.
